Amazing hotel with comfortable bed, beautiful shower and interior construction design

Beautiful design and the comfy bed. Btw, service was amazing.

Nothing I don’t like from the hotel itself but there were babies / toddlers screaming and highly disturbing.

Great stay, helpful staff, great location and very clean!

Lovely property, very friendly staff.

In the buffet the waiters and weitreses did not got our dirty dishes from the table. I had to get up a couple of times to hand them the dirty plates.

Very comfortable also, we forgot a bag with personal belongings and the security manager email me about it informing us that we forgot a bag and can be pick up at anytime, we where very impressed

We tough it was a pool onsite but instead was a jacuzzi and my girls love swimming

Very beautiful location.

Rooms were stuffy. Air conditioning not working properly. There was also a leak in the bathroom but we asked for extra towels for the ground and it helped!

All in all I loved the hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind.

Good size rooms and comfortable beds and pillows.A little noisy in the rooms towards the front of the hotel but much quieter in the back. We switched after the first night.

Could have told us at check-in that the coffee in the room was part of the snack charges. Didn't know there was coffee provided every day down one of the hallways.

The property is absolutely delightful, each section of rooms have its own courtyard, with patio chairs / table to lounge and relax. A very quiet and serene property, well kept, clean, the best part is soaking in jacuzzi after a long day of walks & hikes. Free Coffee is great. Hotel staff are very polite and nice, always with a smile greeting us, and asking if we need anything.

Almost nothing, we wish jacuzzi is open till 10pm instead of 9 pm.

An amazing stay in Antigua

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The property is gorgeous and just walking around the fragrant gardens was a joy in itself. We stayed in a very large room, with a nice shower (good temperature and pressure) and a wonderful bed. Breakfast is amazing as well, with a lot of choices. We didn’t have dinner at the property but we did have drinks on the roof, which is recommended! The jacuzzi looked inviting and the whole property, including the room, was very quiet. The main highlight was the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely come back if we ever return to Antigua.

There isn't really anything to improve! I may have missed a message but it was a surprise that we didn't get a physical key but had to use an app instead, it would have been nice to have been able to download and sign up prior to our visit to make the check-in process easier. But really, our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Nice and centric.

Nice hotel for vacations with family. Near center of town but in the quietest area. Welcoming cocktails and coffee available for guest was nice. Key to access rooms and parking with the app work with out problems. Staff respectful and attentive. Front desk offer and extra bed since the reservation was for three.

Beds could improve. Small jacuzzi for all guest but manageable in low season. The third bed was smaller. Towels and robs for three but miss 2 pair of slippers Rooftop small but comfy difficult to access for seniors the rest of the hotel is accesible for wheelchair ramps.

Strong and steady WIFI. Super comfortable beds. Quiet. Dim lighting. HVAC fixed at 21.5C

The lighting was very dim. The climate control seemed to be fixed on 21.5 Celsius regardless of any adjustments I attempted. I even changed it to "Vent" but it seemed to make no difference whatsoever.
